I don’t have the time to wait for my car. Do you offer a courtesy car?

Yes there is the option to have one of our free courtesy cars. We understand that our customers need to be on the road.

My vehicles air conditioning has stopped working. How much will it cost to repair?

If your vehicle's air conditioning unit has stopped working then we can do a complete check to find out exactly what the problem is. We will always try to repair the unit first, but sometimes have to replace. This is all done at a low cost, we will quote you beforehand ensuring that there are no hidden costs.

I’d like to wait for my car, is this possible?

Yes, our clients are welcome to stay - we have a waiting room and there is also the option to have a look around our showroom.

My car is still under warranty. Should I still book in with LR Servicing?

All of the work completed at LR Servicing is guaranteed - it will not affect your warranty. This is because we strictly work by the Land Rover specifications and procedures.

I need a Land Rover part. Can you help?

Yes, we can assist with this. We provide a wide range of Land Rover parts, all of which can be sourced within 24 hours.

 

How often does my car need an MOT?

The law requires that a car needs an MOT once a year. This applies to vehicles over the age of 3.
